Abstarct: Today, organizations have realized that in order to succeed in a complex global economy, as well as survival in the competitive environment of business, they need to have the best talent. Talent management as a system for identifying, hiring, training, promotion and maintenance of talented individuals with the purpose of optimizing organizational capacity to achieve business results, is defined. Burnout in today's society, including differences that in recent years there has been considerable industrial and organizational psychology. On the other hand the development of new technology and knowledge in addition to increasing production and productivity The causes complications such as immobility, fatigue, mental-stress and increased incidence of musculoskeletal disorders has been followed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of talent management to reduce staff burnout by taking ergonomic factors moderating role in Qom regional water company. The study was a descxriptive and correlational study was conducted by field. The study sample of 450 employees of which 276 samples were selected. In order to analyze the data, descxriptive and inferential statistics were used and the questionnaire talent management and job burnout and ergonomic factors. The findings show that between talent management, following its variable, General ergonomic factors and reduce job burnout there is a significant relationship.
