HA133 : The effect of talent management on human resource flexibility with role mediation of intentional organizational forgetting in Department of Education of Mazandaran province

Abstarct: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of talent management on human resource flexibility with intentional organizational forgetting is the role of mediator. The population of the research, the staff of the Department of Education Mazandaran to 365 persons. Using the formula of random sampling, sample size was specified 187 people. After distributing questionnaires among employees, 195 questionnaires were returned full and healthy. To gather data, standard questionnaires talent management Ahmadi (2012), standard questionnaire flexibility of human resources Martin Beltran (2008) and standard questionnaire of organizational forgetting Mahmoudvand (2011) is used. For confirm the validity of the questionnaire expert views and confirmatory factor analysis were used. To confirm validity of the questionnaire from the experts as well as from confirmatory factor analysis was used. To confirm the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha for scales talent management, human resources flexibility and intentional organizational forgetting was calculated 0.92, 0.80, and 0.83 respectively. To test hypotheses structural equation modeling and software LISREL 8.80 was used. The results showed that talent management is a significant and positive impact on the human resource flexibility. Also talent management is a significant and positive impact on intentional organizational forgetting. In addition, intentional organizational forgetting is a significant and positive impact on the human resource flexibility. Finally, the role of mediator intentional organizational forgetting the relationship between talent management and human resource flexibility was confirmed.
