Abstarct: Objectives that have been pursued in this research include the following: Identify criteria and indicators affecting the implementation of reverse logistics Determination of criteria and indicators influencing the implementation of reverse logistics after obtaining expert opinion Determine the most influential and affected criteria on the implementation of reverse logistics Determine the importance (weight) specified and ranking criteria set In this study, identify criteria the gathered from previous research and as well as obtain expert opinion we have identified basic criteria which contains three criteria of economic, environmental, social and 12 sub-criteria . After confirmatory factor analysis, a number of factors deleted and 10 the final factor remained. The Dematel technique was used to identify the most influential and affected factors the results show that the impact of environmental factors and social factors are more influential. Then according to the results of the technique and combined with network analysis techniques to weigh the criteria and sub-criteria and their ranking upon which government policies and support companies most important and then state laws and an efficient recycling system to the next ranked.
