HA103 : Investigation the relationship between innovation and customer relationship management with Mediator variable knowledge management (case study: Kabir safety glass manufacturing and industrial companies in Semnan)

Abstarct: This research deals with the issue of whether knowledge management as a Mediator variable on the relationship between innovation and customer relationship management has a positive and significant impact or not. The research aim is practical and in terms of data collection is descxriptive-survey. In this study, questionnaires customer relationship management and innovation Ghodsi Fasaie (2011) and a self-made knowledge management Hemati (2010) was used to collect data that among 120 employees and managers of Kabir safety glass manufacturing and industrial company were distributed and finally 38 questionnaires have been analyzed using software SPSS22 and AMOS22. In order to test the research hypothesis and determine the relationship between the variables components of structural equation modeling, path analysis and correlation coefficient test have been used. Results confirm the Mediator effect of knowledge management in the relationship between innovation and customer relationship management.
