Abstarct: this study surveys physical education students' entrepreneurial personality traits of public universities in Semnan and Khorasan Razavi provinces and compare these traits baxsed on gender segregation and educational level. In this regard, a sample consisted of 339 individuals were selected as cluster and random. The used instrument in this study is a standardized questionnaire "assess the personality traits of entrepreneurs" at 8 dimensions with a reliability coefficient of 0/88. As well as we used descxriptive statistics and inferential statistics to measure dispersion and central indexes such as independent t test and one-sample t level (p≤0/05). The most important results and findings indicate that students are in the strong position for dimensions such as risk-taking, ambiguity tolerance and dreaming although they are in the weak position in dimensions like locus of control, need to be successful, clearness of thought, pragmatism and challenging. And generally, the entrepreneurial spirit of students is poor. The dimensions examined in undergraduate and graduate students separately. There is significant difference between the dimensions in both groups. There is significant difference between two groups of men and women students in dimensions such as locus of control, need to be successful, clearness of thought and tolerance and in general there is a significant difference between entrepreneurial spirits. There was no significant difference for entrepreneurship dimensions between undergraduate and graduate students
