Abstarct: In the present era, Exercise has become an important part of cultural and social life in many societies the world. Sports are busy the minds of millions interested in exercising around the world and while holding the competitions many spectators, fans and viewers, follow carefully Competition news and results either directly and attended in the areas of sports activities holding and through the media. Violence is also part of the reality that it is essential to study; despite acceptance of the fact that sports has many positive social functions. The purpose of research was to Identification of factors affecting to sport fans' behavior improvement. The research method was descxriptive - correlational. The present research Statistical population was all fans of women and men's Iran handball premier league competitions in the 2013-2014 years that 358 fans were randomly selected as the sample. Researcher made questionnaire was used to collect data which its content and face validity was checked and confirmed by a group of experts. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire (α=0.90). Factor analysis with varimax rotation was used to analyze the data. baxsed on Factor Analysis Were identified six factor of environmental, cultural, security, protective, psychological and managerial as factors affecting to Handball fans' behavior improvement. From the perspective of the subjects were examined the importance of factors in Likert scale of five values. Accordingly was chosen "The use of experienced and professional plaxyers, coaches, referees” with mean and standard deviation (4.45± 0.80) the most important item and "The use of CCTV cameras in and around the stadium" The mean and standard deviation (3.51 ± 1.25) as the least important variable. Also the path analysis showed that there is a direct and significant correlation between managerial, environmental, protective and cultural factors to psychological factor and there is a direct and significant correlation between security and psychological factors to Positive Behavior. But not a significant direct effect of security on psychological factors. The results show that is managerial factor the most important factor in fans' behavior improvement, therefore can Handball Competition Organizer Managers take effective step in improving the behavior of the fans with Greater attention to managerial factors and the use of experienced and professional plaxyers, coaches, referees.
