Abstarct: In spite of the enormous popularity of bodybuilding in the country and the possibility of numerous honors at international level and Success in other resistance training sports It seems that more scientific research helps to develop the sport in the country and win tixtles at all levels. The aim of this study is investigate the relationship of performance indicators, anthropometric and body composition of bodybuilding champion in the city of Shahrood . The community consists of all athletes, body builders of Shahrood who they has been had the province championship history and at the time of the survey they were ready to entry in the tournament championship province and country (2015) that was prepared in Tehran. They had Regular basis for at least 6 weeks of heavy training session . Between the 21 athle tes 17 of them agreed to participate in this research. The range of age was 22 to 32 and athletes who could compete for championship of adults. Also duration of professional training for athletes in this study was 4to12 years. To measure the various parameters in this study body composition meter, tape, handheld power meter (dynamometer), dynamometer fixed to the lower limbs, horizontal bars, tables flexibility test, the standard caliber ruler, bicycle Mvnark E839 model and test stork were used. Data Analysis of Pearson correlation test showed that the lean index with peak anaerobic power between right and left wrist bone width of a powerful arm, the size of the right wrist and left arm strength between quadriceps strength and function of peak anaerobic power between body mass index powerful right and left arm, The relationship between power tillers and power lift, the waist-to-hip ratio and percent body fat and a significant positive correlation exists between body mass index and the number of horizontal athletes there is a significant negative relationship. As well as the body mass index and hip flexibility, and balance between body mass index between body mass index and other factors anaerobic power, anaerobic power factor between body fat with power (anaerobic peak - average anaerobic power - minimal anaerobic power), The measure anaerobic power and minimal lean, mean anaerobic power between quadriceps strength with the lowest average anaerobic power and anaerobic power, the width of the ankle using Aystav balance between the width of the knee joint were correlated with anaerobic power performance . According to these results we could take advantage by working on the factors that show a significant association in the increase of the performance of resistance training of bodybuilders and athletes in other sports. also with research on other variations in this subject t we can know the other successful things to improve the performance of athletes.
