Abstarct: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of moral and abusive supervision on hiding information and innovative behaviors of sports science students. The method of the present research was descxriptive-survey, in terms of correlation between variables and in terms of cross-sectional time. The statistical population of the research was all graduate students of Tehran universities, 306 people were selected as a sample using random sampling method. Research tools were 4 standard questionnaires of ethical supervision by Schmidt et al. (2008), offensive supervision by Tipper (2000), innovative behaviors by Scott and Bruce (1994) and information concealment by Conley et al. (2012). Structural equations with variance-oriented approach were used to check the research hypotheses. SPSS23 and Smart-PLS 3.2.8 software were used for data analysis in the present study. The results of the research showed that ethical supervision has a negative effect on hiding information and abusive supervision has a negative effect on the innovative behaviors of sports science graduate students. Also, the moral supervision of supervisors has a positive effect on innovative behaviors and the abusive supervision of supervisors has a positive effect on concealing information of sports science graduate students. It is suggested to the administrators and supervisors to provide the students with ideas and innovation by controlling the insulting behaviors. Also, if administrators are looking for creative and innovative students, they should consider ethical supervision and it is recommended that administrators and professors observe ethical norms and behaviors in order to promote innovative behaviors.
