Abstarct: Background and Aim: mextabolic syndrome includes a number of problems including high blood pressure, high blood sugar, excessive fat around the waist and abnormal levels of cholesterol and triglycerides that occur together and the risk of cardiovascular disease. Increases stroke and diabetes in the person. Scientific findings indicate that Pilates largely avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading. Pilates largely avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of eight weeks of Pilates training and consumption of jujube extract on the indicators of mextabolic syndrome in middle-ageed womn with the syndrome. Methodology: The present study is a randomized clinical trial in 4 groups including the intervention group (Pilates exercise group, jujube extract group, Pilates exercise group with jujube extract) and the control group with 40 middle-aged postmenopausal women 40 to 60 years old who were randomly divided into four groups. Equal group, divided into 10 people. The exercise group participated in a Pilates exercise program that included selected Pilates exercises, each lasting 60 minutes. The number of movements started from 8 repetitions and reached 12 repetitions in the last sessions. Also, the intensity of Pilates exercises in the warm-up and cooling phase was 9 to 10 RPE and in the main training phase was 14 to 16 RPE. The subjects of jujube extract group consumed 200 mg / kg body weight of jujube powder with a glass of water daily for two consecutive months. The exercise group with jujube extract participated in both the Pilates exercise program and consumed jujube extract. While no intervention was performed in the control group, blood tests were performed only at the beginning and end of the work. Blood variables were used to collect data that included measurement of blood pressure, waist circumference and blood factors: LDL, HDL, triglyceride, total cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood sugar. Data analysis was performed using Spss25 software. The results were obtained using descxriptive statistics and inferential statistics. For descxriptive statistics, with the help of mean and standard deviation, the characteristics of the sample members were examined. 0.05 was examined. Results: The mean of LDL, HDL, TG, diastolic blood pressure and waist circumference were significant between groups. Conclusion: This study showed that Pilates exercises with jujube extract are effective in reducing waist circumference, improving blood pressure and lipid profile.
