Abstarct: The main purpose of the present study is analyzing and modeling organizational virtue in Iran's sports organizations. This study is practical in its goals and was conducted by using a combined method of quality and quantity aspects. In the first step, the data of the study was collected by means of purposeful sampling and baxsed on deep and semi structured interviews with 17 University experts regarding the part related to Quality, and the date was coldified and analyzed baxsed on a data-baxsed Theory and by using Golriz approach and the background model was designed baxsed on the Glriz approach(1992). In order to evaluate the reliability, Transformablity and confirmability, the findings of the study were presented to the participants and the text of the theory was read by them and their comments have been applied to it. That message used for the Trustablity was the intra-subject method which what is estimated about 0/82. Finally, the results of the quality part showed that by classified the 46 resulted Concepts, 13 different fields were the outcome which for populated into four categories of organizational factors, individual factors, social factors and occupational factors in the theoretical coding stage. In the subjective discovering analysis, by using the accidental grapes sampling, 264 people were chosen from the office of Youth and sports of the District 5 of the country( Tehran, Fars, Guilan, Kermanshah and Khorasan-Razavi) which eventually, out of the 46 entries of the quality part, 4 entries were omitted from the quwstionaire due to the subjective load of lower than 0/50 and the it was formed by 42 entries. Also, in order to test and fitting a theoritical model, a confirmatory factor analysis was used. The statistical population of the study in this part included all the staff and managers of the Youth and Sports of the west of the country in which the statistical population was chosen relative-randomly(n=220) and the resulted questionaire from the qualitative part scales was presented through web and in person. The face validity of the questionaire was analyzed and confirmed by the professors and experts of the field. Also, in the quantitive part, Alpha Chronbach method was used to anaylze the reliability of the questionaire, also for the validity of content, CVR was used and its validity was estimated as acceptable according to structural validity index(AVE). In order to conduct the descxriptive statistic analysis, SPSS was used and in order analyse the effects of the components of the study on each other and structuring the organizational virtue in sports organizations(LISREL). For the test model of the study, confirmatory factor analysis of the stage one ans two was used the results of which showed that the components studied in the present article I have the capability of measuring the structure intended in the study. Then, 14 experts filled out the questionnaire( 9 University professors, five of the managers of the office of sports and youth) and the data resulted from this part was analyzed by using that hierarchy analysis method by using expert choice softer so that the priority of the components is determined. The results showed that individual factors, organizational factors, occupational factors and social factors are important in order. The Friedman test was used to prioritize the minor components and the components of discipline and organization, organizational justice and moral virtue had the highest significance. In the end, baxsed on the results of the quantity and quality part, so I'm suggestions were made to the planners and managers of sports organizations in order to improve the virtues in sports organizations.
