Abstarct: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of aerobic training with and without camel milk on blood glucose control indices in type 2 diabetic women. This research was a pilot study with pretest and post-test design with control group. The statistical population was all women with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Bojnord city.43 of them were selected as a sample and randomly divided into four groups 10 controls and tests were divided. The first group was simultaneously interrupted by aerobic exercise and taking camel milk, and the second group was the only daily intake of camel milk. The third group only performed aerobic exercises and eventually the fourth group did not receive any intervention. Before performing the exercises, all four groups were evaluated by pre-test. This measure includes the measurement of body composition by measuring the height and BMI, body fat percentage, using body composition And FBS resistance and measuring hemoglobin A1C. At the end of the interventions, all of the above measurements were again performed as a post-test. Finally, the results of both measurements were analyzed by SPSS software using the covariance analysis method. The findings showed that the implementation of aerobic training with ten days of camel milk on the combination, insulin resistance and hemoglobin A1C In diabetic women, type 2 has had an effect (P < 0. 01).
