GV147 : The relationship between ethical climate with customer satisfaction and the desire to stay in the body building gyms

Abstarct: The purpose of this study was describing the relationship between ethical climate, satisfaction and customers' tendency to staying at sports gyms in Khorramabad. baxsed on statistics achieved by sport and youth adminestration of Lorestan Province during 1397, the total number of active gyms in the city is 80 clubs with a statistical population of 8,000 customers. baxsed on Cochran formula, the number of statistical samples was considered 384 persons that selected by clustered sampling. Besed on research purposes, for data collection used three questionnaires included of ethical climateby victor and kalen (1987), questionnaire of customers satisfaction from Petroshimy Mehr compony (1393), and questionnaire of tendency for staying by vainer and vardy (1980). Pearson correlation coefficient test and multiple regression have been used for hypothesis tests. Results of this investigation showed that there was a statistical significance and positive relationship, between ethical climateand customers' satisfaction in gyms of the Khorramabad. Also there was a statistical significance and positive relationship, between customers' satisfation and tendency to staying. Also a statistical significance and positive relationship, was exixted between ethical climate and tendency to staying. Multiple regression results showed that variables of ethical climate and customer’s satisfaction can predict tendency to customers staying in sports gyms. It can be concluded that promoting customers’ satisfaction and ethical climate of gyms can contribute to remining of customers.
