Abstarct: The present study was carried out to evaluate the effect of eight weeks of endurance, strength and combination exercise training on vitamin D supplementation on mextabolic syndrome and natriuretic peptides in male Wistar rats. For this purpose, 72 male Wistar rats with an average weight of 190 ± 10 were selected and the mice were randomly divided into 9 groups of 8, including 1 control group and 8 mextabolic syndrome (treated with 30% fructose) for treatment of mextabolic syndrome. They were For induction of mextabolic syndrome animals received water containing fructose 30% for 8 weeks. Then, after the development of mextabolic syndrome in mice, the control group confirmed that the mice were assigned to the control group for mextabolic syndrome (CMS) and seven experimental groups: endurance training (ET), strength training (RT), combined exercise (CT), exercise Endurance + vitamin D (ET + VD), strength training + vitamin D (RT + VD), combined exercise + vitamin D (CT + VD), and mextabolic syndrome + vitamin D (MS + VD). Experimental mice for 8 The weekly protocols for exercises and mice under the herd received 50,000 units of vitamin D supplementation weekly and gavage for eight weeks. Then, immediately after the completion of the protocol and gavage, blood samples were taken from the protein kits by blood sampling, and the biochemical parameters were measured by fasting blood sampling. Finally, for data analysis, Shapiro-Wilk test to determine the nature of the data, an independent t test to confirm the mextabolic syndrome in mice, and then to compare the data and study the effects of exercises, complement and determine intra-group changes from one And then Tukey's post test was used to determine the exact location of the difference. The significance level for all statistical analyzes was considered as P <0.05. baxsed on the findings, exercise and consumption of 2 months of vitamin D supplementation in the experimental group could significantly increase the biochemical parameters of blood after the implementation of the protocol. The results showed that exercise and D supplementation increased HDL and decreased LDL, cholesterol, triglyceride and glucose, but there was no significant difference in blood peptide levels in resting levels.
