Abstarct: Introduction: Being Prostate hyperplasia is a common age-related urology disease that can be negatively affected if the choice of patient's treatment is inappropriate. It is severely associated with psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety and stress-related injuries, as well as It is consistent with disability to benefit and everyday activities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between physical activity level and benign prostatic hyperplasia and some psychological factors in men. Methodology: The research method is descxriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of two groups of 70-40-year-old men with benign prostatic hyperplasia in Shahrood. The active group consisted of 56 subjects (mean age 62.94 and standard deviation of 4.45) and inactive group 77 (mean age 63.67 and standard deviation 5.01), all of whom were randomly selected according to entry criteria (Age range of 40 to 70 years, benign prostatic hyperplasia, willingness to participate in the research) and exit criteria (drug use, surgery, lack of completion of the questionnaire by the participant). The participants of the ultrasonography study were to examine the volume of prostate, and the personal information questionnaire, the physical activity questionnaire for assessment active and non-active subjects, the PHQ-15 questionnaire, the mental health questionnaire (PHQ-9) The general anxiety disorder (GAD-7) questionnaire (Spitzer et al., 2006) was used to examine some of the participants' psychological factors. To analyze the data, independent t-test was used to compare the variables and the Pearson-Spearman correlation test was used to examine the relationship between variables. Results: The results of this study showed that there is a significant difference between prostatic volume, physical symptoms of pain, general anxiety disorder, patients mental health of active and inactive (p <0.001). Also, there is a negative and significant relationship between benign prostate hyperplasia and physical activity level and there is a positive and significant relationship between benign prostatic hyperplasia with physical symptoms of pain, mental health and general anxiety disorder in men 40 to 70 years old (p <0.001). Conclusion: baxsed on the findings of the research, exercise can have a favorable effect on prostate volume, physical symptoms of pain, mental health and general anxiety disorder. Nonetheless, it is suggested to researchers to increase the credibility of the research and generalize it to other communities, with more samples or in similar investigative interventions.
