S186 : The Effect of mycorrhiza and humic acid application on quality and quantity characteristics of Satureia hortensis in different levels of nitrogen

Abstarct: main objective sustainable agriculture declining consumption , increased internal cycling of nutrients in soil by reducing tillage and application bio- fertilizers instead of chemical fertilizers to increase agricultural yields. Chemicals play an important role in increasing agricultural production , but it endangers the health of the environment. Therefore, applying the principles of ecological alternative to chemicals in food production is sustainable agriculture To this end, plans to investigate the effect of humic acid on mycorrhiza and satureja hortensis characteristics at different levels of urea fertilizer in crop year 92 91 Science Education Center for Applied Research in the greenhouse agriculture was conducted in Semnan city . Factorial experimental design used is baxsed on a randomized complete block design with three replications. Factor fertilizer including urea ( three levels : 0 , 125 and 175 kg/ha ) and mycorrhiza ( three levels : no use, species Glomus mosseae and species Glomus interaradices) and humic acid ( two levels of non- use and application of 2 kg/ha) were . according to the results of urea fertilizer increased dry shoot traits such as yield , root dry weight , height , leaf oil yield, photosynthetic pigments were Mycorrhizal inoculum effect also means you dried roots , essential oil yield , photosynthesis pigments and root colonization. Application of humic acid had no significant effect on yield and oil yields but increased the concentration of NPK plant and root dry weight , photosynthetic pigments. The results showed that the combined use of fertilizers, application of different amounts of urea and the like interaradices had the greatest influence on the traits measured. Seems to combine different amounts of urea fertilizer and mycorrhizal species interaradices affects some physical properties , chemical and biological soil improves plant growth conditions were satureja hortensis.
