Abstarct: In this research the structural, morphological, optical, magnetical and di-electrical properties of pure bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3) and dope samples synthesise by microwave method was studied. Characterization of samples was obtained by the X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Vibrating sample Magnetometer (VSM), UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy, and LCR meter measurement. The powder samples are prepared by using, bismuth nitraite (Bi (NO3)3.5H2O) solutions, ferric nitraite (Fe (NO3)3.9H2O), urea acid and nitric acid. In this study XRD pattern shows the BFO and doped samples is crystallized in rombohedral phase with space group (R3c) and FESEM images shows that Nano powders have clodish structure. Also it found that after doping the grain size is decreases to~50 nm. Magnetice properties show that undope samples have antiferromagnetic phase but after dope with Ca, Ni magnetic properties was refine. The band gap of samples were calculated about 1.38-2.18 eV by using of optical spectrometer data. The di-electric properties of samples also show Maxwell-Wagner phenomenon that dipoles are unable at higher than 1 kHz frequency and electric constant showe independent behaviour.
