Abstarct: In this study the role of intellectual property in promoting organizational agility through the mediation of knowledge sharing among Employees of the Saderat bank of Isfahan province. is investigate.The main hypothesis for this purpose 4 and 3 secondary hypothesis has been developed for it.The objective of the research is among the applied research and data collection methodology, as research is descxriptive survey.In this study, Morgan, was used to estimate the sample size.Of the 2,200 population of the province's exports of Isfahan Saderat bank employees, 327 subjects were selected. The method of collecting data using three standard questionnaire, IC Bontis (1999), organizational agility Worley and Lawler (2010) and knowledge sharing Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995). Using Cronbach's alpha reliability of the data collected in this study was measured.The reliability of the questionnaire obtained 925/0, so it can be said that the measurement instrument reliability was acceptable.To test the hypothesis of this study, descxriptive and inferential statistical methods were used.Also confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model for approved test model was used.To do these things, LISREL &SPSS software is used. According to the results, it was found that the model is at a desirable level. It can be concluded that aspects of intellectual property in promoting organizational agility through the mediation of knowledge sharing among of Employees of the Saderat bank of Isfahan contribute.
