Abstarct: The errors created on high-voltage transmission lines can tend to extensive Power lost, and as a result, made large economic damages. A considerably importance value of the transmission lines, is chosing a suitable high-voltage insulators.Cause insulators are suitable insulation, they are used as separator the current conductor from the baxse and the console, so that, the baxse and the console are staing insulated. These parts are made from two pieces, the housing and the core. In this stady, we are trying to make Housing and core by using new materials and nano-materials to form of composite. Due to the exellent performance, the coatings of HTV silicon Rubber is used in high-voltage transmission lines insulators at the humid conditions and exteamly pollution. In order to increase abrasion and erosion resistence and enhance the contact angle and the resistence of the power frequency voltage in different conditions, fillers are used in these coatings. The aluminum trihydrate (ATH) and TiO_2 are known as the best fillers. In the present work, a comparative study was carried out on the performance of Housing in which the filler was added to the silicon with different percentages, that 9 series of samples with several percentages in the terms of filler mass and type are preparatad. The samples which discribes in an electrical test on the subject of dry conditions, artificial rain, abrasive sample and erosion are assessed. The experiments showed that using of ATH nano-particles in the examination of the power frequency in dry state in 60 seconds is higher than standard level are results, in an approximately increase twice in the voltage endurance at the wet state compared to the purified silicon sample. Titanium oxide nano-particles have been extremely effective in all tests. In the test of power frequency at the dry state in 60 seconds higher than the standard level, particularly, increases threefold compare with the pure silicon in the test of power frequency voltage at wet state. The results of the erosion test show the significant effect of ATH, as well as to assessed and compare the property of hydrophobic coatings were used with contact angle measurement test. The result of the contact test showed that the filler particles 14% increase the contact angle compared with pure silicon. Research on core construction is done as follows the 3 core series of epoxy resin are strengthed by fibber glass with percentages of 10, 13 and 15 percent are made, and the tensile test is performed on them .
