Abstarct: Resilience of engineering systems can be considered as the ability to maintain their performance to provide service in the face of challenges that disrupt this performance. In the field of mining, due to the high volume of operations in the mines, maintaining production capacity, safety and management of machinery are among the items that can seriously affect the economic and operational conditions. Given the importance of the mining loading system and the high costs of breakdowns due to failure and the vital role of loading machines in mines, it is necessary that in this study, the concept of resilience in the field of mining engineering is evaluated to increase safety and productivity. To take. Accordingly, in this study, the concepts of resilience were first introduced and while collecting failure data of Jajarm bauxite mine loading system, failure data of two loading subsystems (loader 01 model 470 and loader 03 model 770) were analyzed to evaluate resilience. Thus, statistical analyzes were performed on the performance data of the loader machine over a period of 24 months. Then, to calculate the resilience of the entire loader system, the reliability, repairability and support of each loader were calculated and also using criteria such as organizational resilience and efficiency of prevention and health management technology, the resilience of each device was obtained. The results of this study showed that the resilience of the loading system is at its highest level when the resilience, organization and efficiency of prevention and health management technology is 95%, so that the loading system after 100 hours of operation, the resilience of the whole system more than 92 Is a percentage. This means that the loader loading system is 92% recoverable after failure and returns to pre-failure condition.
