Abstarct: The present study consist of the investigation of secondary lithogeochemical halos in order to determine the geochemical anomalies in the north of Khane-Gely with an area of 15.75 km2 in the east of Semnan province and in the east of Miami. In this study, 8 rock samples from mineral outcrop and 45 geochemical samples were taken from the sediments of the region and analyzed by ICP-MS method. In order to identify the important mineralizing agents of the region and their paragenesis, single-variable and multivariate statistical studies were performed on rock samples data. Then, these analyzes were performed on samples of geochemical stream sediments. Single-variable statistical studies on data of geochemical samples of stream sediments showed that nickel, sulfur, zinc, antimony, copper and calcium elements are important in mineralization process than others. Then, two-variable statistical studies, correlation analysis, cluster analysis and main components analysis on sediment data were conducted. This study showed that arsenic, antimony, aluminum, barium, sodium, calcium and copper elements as a paragenesis group and nickel, sulfur, cobalt and chromium as well as other groups of paragenesis have a good correlation. The analysis were baxsed on the location of the anomalous points, trenches, alterations and lithology of the region and a mineral baxse map. The main mineralization factors in the region were identified and calculated. Then the map of mineral factors was mapped and compared with the baxse map. These analyzes showed that there are two mineralogical regions in the center of the map. Also, the Trend Surface analysis was applied to the data of the elements with the significance of the area and the mineralized factors calculated with grades 1 to 6 and the results were compared with the baxse map. Finally, the Trend Surface analysis succeeded in better separating the anomalous areas from the field.
