Abstarct: Water is a very important factor for study and one of the main factors in the development of a country. Undue abstraction of groundwater resources will cause a steady drop, the penetration of saline water into the aquifer is faster and this results in the complete destruction of the freshwater aquifer. If the advancement of salt water continues, water salinity of the past permissible level and for uses like drinking, agriculture and even the industry is unusable. In this research, using resistivity method for changes in salinity levels of groundwater aquifers on the road of Gohraban in Neka between Tejenlate sofla village in the north and Valuja village in the south of the region was checked and The boundary between salty and fresh waters was determined. If these borders are not determined, farmers and operators may suffer extra and heavy costs because they may arrive to unusable water after drilling wells. Resistance data collection in this study was carried out with Wenner and Schlumberger arrays. Along the way, about two kilometers from a point where the groundwater was definitely fresh to the point where the groundwater was salty four Schlumberger sounding was harvested to check the underlying laxyers and salinity levels of groundwater aquifers at those points. At a later stage, where the groundwater was at that fresh spot, towards groundwater saline locations harvesting by resistance profile with Wenner array during a profile about 200 meters so that lateral and deep water salinity changes in that area are surveyed. The results indicate changes in laxyering below ground level and also, the quality of the groundwater is variable; so there is no particular trend in this issue and it can not be expected that along this path, where there is only a saline underground water laxyer and Where in the top of the salt groundwater laxyer, there is also fresh groundwater. The reason for salinity of groundwater aquifers in the studied area, presence of saline water since the resumption of seawater which have been trapped in parts of the region. As a result of modeling and interpreting sounding and profiling data, depth, thickness and deep and lateral changes of the laxyers have water using the IX1D, RES2DINV and ZONDRES2D software, was examined. Due to the useful information received from the informants in the area and also the results of the interpretation of the electrical soundings are harvested and P profile in the area, probably, the laxyers have water are in a low depth (which in some places is less than 3 meters) and at higher depths, the amount of salts in the water is added and finally, the laxyers are saturated with saline water.
