Abstarct: Urban transportation is one of the most important issues that has been taken into account in all the courses in urban planning. One of the public transport networks is the Metro Network. With the increasing use of tunnels, tunnel drilling machines have also been remarkably developed. One of the common ways to drill and install a tunnel support system is the TBM. The range of application of segmental lining has increased in mechanized drilling. One of the most important factors in the design of the tunnel segmentation lining is the effect of segment joint on lining. Studies in the field of numerical analysis of the behavior of the lining mechanized drilling tunnels show that most researchers have used simplified models. The study of the stability of lining often been carried out without considering the joint between the concrete segments in a continuous manner, which results in a large error in the results. Segmentation in sequential rings and joint lixnk conditions are two important parameters that influence structural forces and deformation of the lining. For this reason, joints in the tunnel must be simulated to ensure accurate estimation of structural forces. Another important operation is the mechanized concrete grout injection molding, the main purpose of which is to minimize the ground Settlement. In this study, six pattern were used to lining of Tabriz Metro. For these six pattern , the structural forces involved in lining, displacement and surface settlement have been obtained. The joint pattern has a significant effect on the bending moment applied to lining. Maximum bending moment difference between the two ring for different pattern is 68.5%. However, the maximum difference between shear forces, longitudinal forces and vertical displacements on lining between two successive rings in a similar range is 36.9, 20.9 and 6.25%, respectively. Also, in order to investigate the effect of grout mechanical properties on lining, three states are considered which, with the increase of the Young's modulus, the stress release is less and, as a result, the bending moment on lining is increased .This is while the shear force variation has been low.
