Abstarct: Rock mass has multiple discontinuities with behavior heterogeneous and anisotropic properties. Discontinuities properties of the rock mass fragmentation, the amount of explosives needed in a hole, the production, the volume of water entering the mine, determine the direction of the steps and… has a considerable impact, therefore With use from Removal the values of these properties and data analysis we can determine the general condition of the rock mass and reduced mining costs and optimize production. The aim of this study was to determine the geometrical properties of fractures jointed rock mass is heterogeneous using geostatistical methods. There are two ways to remove the rock mass properties, the first method of removal all the properties of the rock mass, and the latter picked up a piece of rock mass properties and generalizing it to other departments. The second method because of low cost and spend less time used and eventually will be counted the value of the error. The operation removal datas of the Sangan pit walls by scanline was done. In this removal features the Streak, slope, trace length and spacing of fractures from 19 points picked up and recorded. After removal the fracture properties, using the software Dips, joints were classified into three main categories. Then, for each sets an average value of spacing, trace length and density were obtained. Then, using software WinGslib estimation and validation process was performed for each feature sets. At the end of the chart of the correlation coefficient between the actual and predicted values, the correlation coefficient was calculated. As a result of the validity percent of this method for each of the parameters of each joint was obtained. furthermore estimated values for the total block walls, was shown in the table.
