Abstarct: Process optimization is one of the most important activities in the industry. The coal has a unique understanding of the characteristics that affect the behavior of washability. It is also one of the reasons for the low efficiency of coal cleaning plants lack sufficient knowledge of the food.Therefore, after the example of the laxyers are mining operation, done and then pulverized sample was introduced to flotation operations. After flotation tests using an appropriate experimental design, in order to obtain a final concentrate containing coal ash, volatile matter and humidity were measured. Then use the software to analyze the results and Dx7 appropriate model is selected.In order to reduce the number of tests and provide the optimal mix of the two tests Combined-D Optimal Design of combination Mixture Design and Taguchi method was used. Both techniques increase the utility of the results from laxyer to laxyer k11 more withdrawn. baxsed on the optimal design of the mixing laxyer can be predicted and desired improvements to be made
