Abstarct: In all of exploration methods in applied geophysics, the final goal is to achieve an exact image of the underground properties. To gain this goal, the resistivity and induced polarization methods have been used for exploration of sulfide mineralization. Considering the mineral evidences in Kaboudan area in Khorasan Razavi Province, both of these methods have been used in a geophysical survey for prospecting and exploration of poly-mextallic deposits using 4 rectangle arrays, then 14 dipole-dipole arrays for exploration of determined anomalies were done and apparent chargeability and resistivity parameters are measured. The prospectings that have been done in the area revealed some places that were apt for mineralization. For determining the true resistivity of the subsurface structures and interpreting the results, 2D sections with RES2DINV software were prepared and with geology information they were interpreted. Then for achieving an exact picture of subsurface mineralization and having a general point of view about the mineralization distribution in depth, 3D models of acquired data by RES3DINV software were made and the obtained results from this modeling were shown by Voxler software. the locations of the mineralization have been determined from their high chargeability and low to medium resistivity values; this can be attributed to mextal mineralization and existence of sulfide minerals in mineralization areas. Mineralization in many areas were determined with the proximate trend of eastern-western and with different levels of resistivity and IP that caused by differentiation in the amount of scale and type of mineralization (massive and disseminated). Geology information and drillings that have been done in this area, confirmed these interpretations. Finally, new drilling locations have been proposed. Due to high chargeability of green schists in the area, some errors in selecting drilling locations have been occurred; So suggested drillings, especially in these areas needs geology information
