Abstarct: mextamaterials are composite materials that have unusual electromagnetic properties in their existing structure. What makes these materials unusual is the property of negative refractive index of light in them. The two-dimensional structure of mextamaterials is called mextasurface. These materials are formed by arranging a large number of small scatterers in a regular array in a region of space to obtain the desired electromagnetic behavior. The design of the shield cover in a specific frequency and bandwidth has always been a serious challenge for researchers. The unusual properties of these materials have caused them to be used in various fields, including waveguides, scattering compensation, smart antennas, lenses and many other examples. The design of the shield cover in a specific frequency and bandwidth has always been a serious challenge for researchers. Especially in cases where they want to cover a specific object with a specific shape in a specific bandwidth. In this thesis, we measured the effect of different forms of slotted ring resonator on the bandwidth and shielding coefficient by means of CST full wave simulation software and checking their resonance frequency, so that we can reach a suitable form for implementation on fabric. Finally, the selected shape was considered as simple as possible so that it can be easily implemented on the fabric using conductive thread. The advantage of the fabric is that it can be easily put into operation and it also has good plasticity to some extent. After implementing the shape on the fabric, the fabric was placed in the waveguide and the results were analyzed.
