Abstarct: In this thesis, we use the impulsive controller to control the immunodeficiency virus and treat AIDS. By using a 4th order dynamic model for this system, we have used the treatment method of combination drug and the appropriate dose of the drug to control the virus in the patient's body has been determined. In order to estimate the indeterminate functions of the controller, indirect adaptive fuzzy control has been used and the stability of the proposed method is proven. The results of this simulation and its comparison with other common control methods show that the proposed control method has a good performance.
