Abstarct: In extracting most of medical images there is a procedure named “Reconstruction”, in which extracted data from sensors of device is converted to a visible image of interior organs and textures for medical diagnosis. Object data of imaging organ from different directions are stored in some arrays and then a general matrix, named “Sinogram” is in use. To convert this sinogram into a readable image by expert, the reconstruction has to be done on sinogram. During imaging process some problem may occurs, like object motion, device noise, mextals in body, etc. In this thesis we especially focus on reducing object motion effect on medical images reconstruction. During reconstruction we should try not to decrease speed as the image reconstruction is optimized. Approaches used for reconstruction can be categorized into two types: Analytic and Iterative which Iterative is new and desirable. We would use this approach in reconstruction.
