Abstarct: Nowadays, improvement and development of production technology and electricity consumption, And on the other hand the environmental impact of traditional production methods has caused the human to be directed toward a new way for electric power generation. Distributed generation sources is an innovative and efficient way to generate electricity. However these resources have limitations, but also the benefits and using of these resources in this course of time for the main grid electricity is useful. These resources are mainly connected to the network with a converter, and can be used for production the active and reactive power required for network and local load, and finally by their performance improves power quality and voltage profiles. This Thesis presents a suitable control technique of vector control for voltage source converter. So that applied in multilevel converter topology for connection of distributed generation baxsed on renewable energy sources to the network. The interface system has a very fast dynamic response in active and reactive power control. Power generation source in this Thesis includes a wind turbine that is connected to the main network through a space vector pulse width modulation rectifier method for the switching converter and three-level diode-clamped inverter. Wind turbine model is considered as a variable mechanical torque. The type of inverter is a three-level diode clamp inverter that is switched by pulse width modulation method. This type of converter is widely used as interface system in renewable energy sources. The dynamic model of the proposed model is first expanded in the three-phase stationary reference frxame with high accuracy and the next step by conversion between devices transformed into the synchronous orthogonal reference frxame. Simulation in Matlab / Simulixnk is done and the results are analyzed.
