Abstarct: The positive and negative effects of electrical vehicles on different parameters of the network being considered because of their present in distribution network. Thus, in this study the new method, baxsed on algorithm for battery charge management, was investigated. This algorithm was defined in range of consumption power and voltage profile by using sensitivity analysis. One part of distribution network with accidental present of electrical vehicles for receiving and transferring the charge of batteries was simulated with Digsilent software. The suggested algorithm was carried out for coordinating of receive and transfer the charge of batteries. This algorithm show significant positive effect on reduction of consumption power, reduction of loss and also enhancing the profile voltage of network. These results show the accuracy of management algorithm. The effects of resistance and reactance of distribution network were also investigated. The electrical vehicles for charge receiving in unstable condition of distribution network were studied. The output results of network parameters in three phases were calculated and their negative effects in unstable condition of network were investigated. The suggested method can manage and program the electrical vehicles with flexible conditions.
