Abstarct: Migraine is one of the most epidemical disease which cause irrecoverable financial damages to developed and under developed countries annually, for instance 13 billion dollars in USA and 27 billion Euros in Europe are lost as a result of reduce work time among employees each year. According to what has been mentioned, diagnosis and control of this disease seems essential. In this thesis at first migraine is introduced and International classification of headache disorders 2nd criteria (ICHD 2nd ) are developed. In the next part a brief report of intelligent systems is discussed. ICHD 2nd criteria are crisp so the intensity of criteria is not measurable. In this dissertation the most important criteria are fuzzyfied. Then new approach of diagnosing systems is proposed by employing the fuzzified criteria. In the next part optimal sodium valproate prescxription system is proposed by using pain intensity and frequencies as the most important inputs. Sodium valproate plays a key role in controlling migraine. Other criteria such pain time length are not used as the system inputs because these criteria are not measured accurately as the result of using anti pain drugs.
