Abstarct: Any change in vital sign led to irreparable effects on other part of the body. One of these factors is level of glucose in blood. In diabetic patient the level of glucose can’t regulated naturally. There are many methods for controlling this factor, if the disease is diagnosis in early stages. In diabetes mellitus type 1, pancreas can’t produce insulin hormone, which is control the level of glucose in the blood. In this group of patient discrete or continues injection of insulin is necessary. The level of injection have to be controlled, otherwise it can be a cause of dead. In this thesis, first the PPG of two kinds of people as healthy and patient is used to find a model for early recognition of the diabetes mellitus by no invasion method. Then after using the nonlinear model for insulin- glucose, the adaptive and Fuzzy- adaptive for determining the exact doze of insulin is used. The results show the Fuzzy- adaptive method is better than other method especially if it is used for long term.
