Abstarct: This dissertation examines an industrial cabin dryer using natural gas as a source of heat production. Initially, it is assumed that air enters the dryer with relative humidity, and in the next step, the humidity entering the dryer is reduced by the desiccant wheel. The relationships between the desiccant wheel are derived from the work of other researchers and are used here to determine how the velocity, pressure, and humidity counters change after simulating a dryer building. Due to systemic limitations, the results are obtained at two different times, and a comparison is made between fuel consumption when the desiccant wheel is used and when the desiccant wheel is not used that results indicate that the use of the desiccant wheel, reducing humidity of 5% and 7%, respectively, saves 3% and 3.2% in fuel consumption. With the analysis of energy and exergy, it was determined that in case of producing more than 100 tons of product annually and the price of natural gas baxsed on the free price, the payback period will be less than 5 years.
