Abstarct: In engineering structures, according to different applications, different types of openings and cuts occur in different dimensions and shapes in structures. Due to the change in plate geometry due to these openings, severe local stress (stress concentration) is created around the openings. The purpose of this thesis is to find the minimum stress concentration as well as to investigate the effect of different parameters on the stress distribution around different planar openings located at the center of an anisotropic finite plane, under intra-plane load. Initially, with the help of homogeneous mapping, the coordinates of points on a finite plane of finite plane are transformed into points on a plane of uniform radius of circumference. In the following, to calculate the stress function in a finite plate containing an opening, the sum of the stress function of an infinite plate containing the same openings and a finite plate without an opening is used. Then, in order to find the unknown coefficients in the calculation of the stress components, the squared method is used. Finally, the effect of parameters on local stress such as angle of rotation, angle of curvature of the angle of inclination of the fibers and the ratio of the sides of the plate are investigated using genetic algorithm for a variety of regular openings. The results show that the radius of curvature of the open corners is not the only effective parameter in reducing the local stress. In other words, as expected, circular openings are not always the best way to reduce local stress, and by selecting the optimum values of these parameters in a particular curvature, the stress value can be significantly reduced.
