Abstarct: Low efficiency of power plants and environmental issues make scientists looking for new solutions to meet the demand of electrical and thermal loads. Using of combined heat and power generation systems as an efficient solution reduces energy consumption, operating costs and pollutants emissions. Therefore, in this research, a hybrid power generation, heat and cooling system with hybrid primary mover has been investigated. The proposed system includes a gas engine and a gas turbine with different capacities. Due to the importance of the amount of pollutants production and exergy efficiency, in this research, not only the first role of thermodynamic in sight of economic analyzing has been investigated for the hybrid proposal of the system but also environmental analysis and second thermodynamic role analysis. Finally, by changing the decision parameters such as generation capacity, partial load, pressure ratio, compression ratio and temperature of exhaust gas from the combustion chamber, the CCHP system proposed is optimized by Genetic Algorithm (GA). The results show that the CCHP system with two generators as the primary movers has more significant advantages compared to a system with a primary mover. The results of the optimization show that the energy and exergy efficiencies in the hybrid state are 83.94 and 47.51 percent respectively. Also, it is reported that the system saw 55 percent reduction in operating costs and 55.35 percent in fuel energy saving ratio. In addition, the percentage of pollutant emissions reduction is just above 50%. Eventually, the payback period with taking to account the interest rate is 8.5 years and without considering the interest rate is 2.5 years.
