Abstarct: Chemical reactors are places where chemical reactions take place. Chemical reactions are processors where during that time one or more materials change into the other materials. Among the important elements of reactor control are reaching suitable temperature, pressure, flow and density, since many of the reactions are taking place in similar suitable temperature, and pressure and in any other condition this reaction does not take place. Another important issue about reactor control is the matter of safety of instruments and workers, since increase in the uncontrolled temperature and pressure cause financial and life of the workers and instruments. In this thesis to control the study system of Sliding Mode controller is used to control temperature and pressure to reach the suitable temperature and pressure is planed and presented to the system. At the inlet of the reactor, there are two taps and a boiler, one of the taps is used for the main material and the other one is for subsidiary material. With the use of taps’controllers the entering material’s density in to the reactor for creation of changes in reaction through boiler the temperature changes will take place to be able to create suitable outlet at any times necessary. Also due to difficulties such as Shake phenomena in Sliding Mode method improved methods are used for controlling stability and reduction in the Shake phenomena for studying this matter. The aim of this research is to remove Shake phenomena and compare the amount of optimized convergence of tagochi method to reduce RSM error in temperature and density in the CSTR reactor with two adjustable inlet taps where the result of the test Show efficiency of the Sliding Mode controller for controlling temperature and density according to RSM method with regard to minimizing errors in time and expenses.
