TD367 : Synthesis of imidazoles and 1,2,3-triazoles by multicomponent and click reactions

Abstarct: In this reserch work, highly substited imidazoles were synthesized from benzyl, aromatic aldehydes, ammonium acetate and amines using multicomponent reaction in the presence of deep eutectic solvent (DES) as an efficient environmentally benig catalyst in solvent-free conditions. In continue, new hybride compouns from imidazoles and 1,2,3-triazoles were prepered from imidazoles derivatives with propargyloxy substituent and aromatic azides using click reactions. The structure of all new compound were identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and FT-IR spectra.
