Abstarct: In this thesis the behavior of Earth-Dam under static and dynamic loading at the end of construction is presented. The case study, The Abivard dam, is located Dargaz, Khorasan razavi province. For numerical analysis the Flac3D software is used. With allocating geotechnical parameters and behavior’s model at the first the behavior of stress, strain and arching phenomena under the impact of static loading is analysis and the validation of dam’s behavior with considering the results of instrument installed at the body of damp is presented. The 3D model is used for simulation and the mohr- columb is used for membrane and core stuff and elastic behavior for foundation stuffs. For surveying the effect of valley’s inclination on static behavior, three different inclination for dam with same properties for dam stuffs is consider and the deflection and arching with different inclination is compared. For study the behavior of dam under dynamic loading at the end of construction with considering the seismic features of dam, the horizontal component of imperial valley and superstition hills is used and the horizontal acceleration and the deflection of dam at the end of earthquake is investigated. Finally the results indicate that the maximum deflection under static loading occurs in the middle of height of dam.
