Abstarct: It has been a long time that inorganic fertilizers have been used to enhance the function of plants all over the world. However it’s increased the quantity of plants but the fertility of soils have dropped. For instance the lack of micronutrientelements has endangered the health of people and vegetarians. Vermicompost as an organic matter is full of nutrients that improves the feature of soil and quality of products. Iron is one of the most essential elements for photosynthesis, Nitrogen also plays a partly important role in proteins of enzyme and transition of energy in plants. Given the importance of soil fertility and plant nutrition experiments to evaluate the effect of Vermicompost application of nitrogen on some soil properties and morphological and physiological characteristics sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) was conducted in Darrhgaz. The first factor consisted of three levels (50, 150 and 250 kg/ ha urea) and the second factor is the use of Vermicompost contains 2 levels (zero and 7 tons per hectare) and the third factor of iron containing two levels (zero and 80 kg/ ha iron sulfate), respectively. The factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design with three replications.Vermicompost was applied during land preparation and nitrogen levels were applied in three split iron sulfate the onset of flowering was applied to the side. The results showed that soil characteristics such as pH, EC, iron, nitrogen, sulfur and organic matter affected by nitrogen, Vermicompost and iron sulfate application were used. But lime does not affect any. According to the results of morphological characteristics such as tray dry matter, leaves, leafstalk, shoot ,shoot height, shoot diameter, tray diameter were affected by the experimental treatments. The highest yield of 250 kg N/ha × Vermicompost treatment combination of with an average of 7.73 tons per hectare and lowest in treatment combination of 250 kg N/ha × Vermicompost equivalent to 5.41 ton ha respectively. One reason for yield increase in seed weight was increased in this treatment combination. And while the yield components, grain number per head in Vermicompost × treatment combination of iron sulfate had the highest value. Among the treatments, the treatment of 250 kg N/ha of ferrous sulfate had the greatest impact on seed oil content. In terms of impact on soil and agronomic and physiological characteristics treatment combination of 250 kg N/ha × Vermicompost was more effectively than any other treatment combination.
