Abstarct: In order to study of the effect of soybean seed biopriming by Rhizobium japonicum, foliar and soil application Flomix fertilizer on growth and yield of soybean, an experiment was carried out as factorial baxsed on Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 3 replications in Agriculture Research Station of Shahrood University. Biopriming including 2 levels (priming and non priming), foliar spray including 3 levels (check, one time and twice use) and soil application including 3 levels (check, one time and twice use). Results showed that seed biopriming significantly affected height of plant, number of nodes on the stem, Number of branches, number of pod per plant, number of seed per plant, 1000-seed weight, grain yield, biological yield, harvest index, Na and K of leaf, P of seed and percent of protein traits. Foliar flomix treatment significantly affected number of nodes on the stem, number of branches, number of pod per plant, number of seed per plant, grain yield, biological yield, harvest index, total chlorophyll of leaf, leaf relative water content, Na and K of leaf, K of seed and P of seed traits. Soil application of flomix significantly affected first pod height, grain yield, biological yield, harvest index, Na of leaf and percent of protein traits. Interaction between biopriming and foliar flomix significantly affected first pod height, grain yield, biological yield, harvest index, P of seed and percent of protein traits. Interaction between biopriming and soil application of flomix significantly affected number of nodes on the stem, number of pod per plant, number of seed per plant, grain yield, biological yield, harvest index, leaf relative water content, stomatal resistance, Na and K of leaf, Na of seed, P of seed and percent of oil traits. Interaction between foliar and soil application of flomix significantly affected grain yield, biological yield, harvest index, carotenoids, Na and K of leaf, P of seed and percent of protein traits. Interaction between seed bio priming and Foliar and soil application flomix significantly affected number of branches, grain yield, biological yield, harvest index, chlorophyll a, carotenoids, Stomatal resistance, leaf relative water content, Na and K of leaf and P of seed traits. Finally, seed biopriming and foliar and soil application of flomix promote growth and yield of soybean and in addition to establishing a better environment for plant, protecting the environment from agricultural input can be destructive.
