Abstarct: Environmental pollutions due to the wateful use of chemical inputs, has endangered human health. Now days wide efforts to find appropriate ways to improve the quality of soil, crops and removal of pollutants has been started. Therefore, in order to evaluate the effect of bio-fertilizers and bacterial iron on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of maize (KSC 704), factorial experiment in a complete block design with three replications was run at the Agricultural Faculty of the University of Shahrood in 1394. The treatments consisted of three levels of bacterial bio-fertilizers (control sample, Azotobacter chroococcum, Azospirillum brasilens as the first and chelate iron include: control (without any fertilizer), iron chelate soil typical consumer, conventional iron chelate spray, nano iron chelate soil use, nano iron chelated foliar as the second factor. The results showed that the interaction of biological bacterial fertilizer and iron chelate on seed performance, guaiacol peroxidase enzyme activity and ascorbate peroxidase, seed iron and leaves and protein of seed, were significant. So that the highest grain yield, The highest seed and leaf iron and protein content and the highest enzyme activity guaiacol was obtained from the treatment combination of Azospirillum with spraying nano iron chelate. In this experiment, the main effects of bio-fertilizer treatment and iron nano chelate, had a significant influence on the amount of Chlorophyll-a, chlorophyll- b and biological function so that the highest amounts of them were obtained with Azospirillum bacteria and nano-iron treatment by spraying. Among these experimental treatments, iron nano chelate in the form of spraying, significantly increased the amount of grain weight, plant height, seed number per row and the number of rows per ear. According to the results we can summarize that Treatment combination of Azospirillum bacteria and iron nano chelate spraying, in comparison to other treatments, had better performance in corn single cross 704 and is recommended.
