Abstarct: This study aimed to assess the impact of Mesorhizobium bacteria, Thiobacillus and sulfur on local varieties of chickpea(Cicer artinium) experimental. The use Treatments include bacteria Mesorhizobium in 3 levels of inoculation, inoculation with Mesorhizobium strain Cicer strain MS 190 and inoculated with Mesorhizobium Cicer strain MS-9) and Thiobacillus at two levels (inoculated and non-inoculated) and sulfur (0, 500 , 1000 Kg / ha) as a factorial baxsed on randomized complete block on a farm in the city of Khorasan Razavi Joghatay came into force. Main and interaction effects were evaluated on quantitative and qualitative characteristics. The results show that inoculation top three factors no effect the length of the stem, root tuber number and nitrogen in the soil. However, the positive impact on the length root of chickpea.use 500 or 1000 kg of sulfur with Mesorhizobium Ciceri strain MS 190 increased grain protein to 19 percent. also factors sulfur * Thiobacillus, sulfur * Mesorhizobium and Mesorhizobium on chickpea yield a Becomes significant on present surface, As that the application of Mesorhizobium and sulfur greatest impact on yald was 28 percent. In between Mesorhizobium, Mesorhizobium M1 was more successful than its Mesorhizobium strain M2. The results indicated that the use of any biological fertilizers increased the concentrations of nutrients such as potassium, phosphorus and sulfur in the soil. Including the interaction of sulfur and Thiobacillus, sulfur and Mesorhizobium increase phosphorus soil respectively 27 and 51 percent. The effect of bio-fertilizers on soil chemical properties, it was found that the interaction of three factors on pH, EC and soil sulfur has been positive .
