Abstarct: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of rootstock and grafting methods on transplant success rate, and survival of the seedless white grape vine in three stages. Table Grafting was carried out an experiment in factorial completely randomized design. First factors was rootstock type consist Owner, green grapes Ghouchan, Khalili Divaneh, white-grained), second factor was cutting type consist simple and heel Cutting. The results were shown Percent grafting success and the percentage of callus formation at the graft location was significant statistically at 5 and 1 percent respectively. Sefid Bidaneh rootstock, green grapes Ghouchan, Khalili crazy and Sahebi were shown the highest and the lowest percentage of evaluated traits. The effect of cutting type on the success rate and average percentage of callus on the graft location was difference significant so that the heel cuttings showed higher efficiency characteristics than simple one. Green and cleft grafting carried out an experiment in complete block design with three replications. The results showed that the effect of treatment (baxse) on the grafting success, stem diameter, internode length, number of lateral shoots, main stem length, chlorophyll content of leaves, leaf wet weight and dry weight, leaf area, leaf nitrogen and potassium contents showed significant difference statistically, so that green grapes Ghouchan and Khalili crazy rootstocks were introduced as the most appropriate basis respectively. The most successful and the lowest percentage of success in grafting was attained by Green Grafting and table Grafting respectively.
