Abstarct: In order to investigate the effect mycorrhizal fungi, bacteria Thiobacillus and chemical fertilizers on growth and yield of sesame, a factorial experiment baxsed on randomized complete block design with three replications in the spring of 2012, was conducted at Agricultural University of Sari. The intended factors was in this experiment include fungi mycorrhizal control (no application; m0) and application (m1), Thiobacillus bacteria control (no inoculation; tb0) and (inoculated tb1) and fertilizer control (no use; f0), according conventional fertilization consisted of 250 kg ha urea and 100 kg ha triple super phosphate (f1), and 250 kg per hectare of urea, 100 kg triple super phosphate and 150 kg ha potassium sulfate (f2). The review determined that some physiological parameters were determined at the maximum leaf area index of 0/94 use of mycorrhizal fungi treatment, Thiobacillus bacteria inoculation and second level fertilizer (m1tb1f2) be longs the maximum colonization m1tb1f2 treated with 96/66 percent. Also use of the treatment of Mycorrhizal fungi inoculation with Thiobacillus bacteria in creased yield is 42/96 percent relative to the control. Maximum percentage of protein by increasing the 26/31 percent relative to the control treatment use of and mycorrhizal fungi inoculation with Thiobacillus bacteria, respectively. The highest percentage increase in oil 41/19 percent compared to the control treatment, use of mycorrhizal fungi belonging to non-inoculated Thiobacillus bacteria. In treatments phosphorous concentration was determined by the use of mycorrhizal fungi treatment, and second level inoculation with Thiobacillus bacteria of fertilizer (f2) 253/08 percent increase over the control has maximum concentration of phosphorus. The other elements of the study was carried out determine the use of mycorrhizal fungi treatment, and second level inoculation with Thiobacillus bacteria of fertilizer (m0tb1f2) 3/64 percent increase relative to the control maximum amount of potassium and treatment of non-use mycorrhizal fungi, inoculated with bacteria Thiobacillus and second level of fertilizer (m0tb1f2) increased compared to the control treatment 300/93 percent respectively.
