Abstarct: Crop rotation and weed management strategies can affect dynamics and spatial distribution of weeds and arthropods fauna. In order to evaluate the spatial distribution patterns under the influence of management methods, an experiment wase done by using geostatistical methods in tow commercial potato farms in mojen of shahrood and jolge rokh region of torbat heidarieh in 2012. For this purpose weed seedling communities, weeds seed bank and arthropods fauna were identified and counted at 550 and 36 points of mojen field and jolge rokh region respectively. Sampling was done by discrete systematic method in which samples were taken from the corners of 10×10 m grids. for describing spatial distribution of weeds seedling communities, weeds seed banks and arthropods population the parameters of semi variogram model computed and after interpolation of sampling points by kriging, spatial distribution maps have been drawn. Results showed that seedlings population and seed bank of most weed species per area in Jolge Rokh were less than Mojen. Furthermore, overall population average of seedlings and weed seed bank per area in rotation wheat, fallow, potato (Jolge Rokh) were less than rotation wheat, potato, potato (Mojen). The results of semi variogram analysis showed that the seedlings population and seed bank of most weed species and also Arthropods fauna fauna in both regions had patch distribution. The results proved that the patches of seedlings and weed seed bank were mostly small (low effect domain) and scarce in Jolge Rokh, however in Mojen region big and continuous patches were observed. Cross Variogram analysis showed that patterns of seed bank distribution and seedlings population have spatial accordance. In addition, there was considerable relationship between regional distribution of arthropods fauna fone and weed seedlings. Overall, the results showed that the type of rotation system used in the farms had a great effect on the density and distribution of seed bank flor and weed seedlings as well as insects dispersion and can be used as an effective management solution in integrative management programs of weed and pests
