Abstarct: Double laxyer hydroxides are a class of anionic clay which for the sake of having numerous features have drawn researchers’ attention as the surface sorbent, pharmaceutical carriers and catalytic industrial paints. In this project, the Solvothermal method has been used to synthesize double laxyer hydroxides (Mg-Al-LDH). After making double laxyer hydroxides and stabilizing the ligand, Amino-Hydroxy, Sulfonephthalein, sodium sulfonate and molybdenum mextal among LDH laxyer, to survey catalytic feature in Epoxy of Cyclooctene, the intended mixture has been achieved and we analyzed the catalytic function of synthesized catalyst. Also, to assess Antibacterial feature, Silver mextal was added to the LDH/L. Different methods especially ICP, TGA/DTA, EDAX, FE-SEM, XRD, IR, BET was used to identify synthesized mixtures. This catalyst for epoxy of Cyclooctene was used with changing numerous parameters including time, solvent, type of oxidizing, amount of catalyst and oxidizing. The process of these reactions was analyzed by gas chromatography (GC). 95% efficiency in 2 ml Dichloromethane as the solvent, 0.4 ml Butyl as oxidizing and 15 mg catalyst in the 80 centigrade for 2 hours are achievable.
