QD386 : Multi-component synthesis of new heterocyclic compounds including tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyrans and pyranopyrazoles in the presence of deep eutectic solvents

Abstarct: In this research work, a new method is reported for the synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyran and pyranopyrazole derivatives using deep eutectic solvents. tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyran were obtained from multi-component reaction of dimedone, malononitrile and aromatic aldehydes, likewise pyranopyrazole derivatives were synthesized using dimedone, hydrazine hydrate, ethyl acetoacetate, malononitrile and aromatic aldehydes, in the presence of ChCl/Thiourea in high yields. In continue the click reaction of propargyloxy tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyrans and propargyloxy pyranopyrazoles with aromatic azides in the presence of copper(II)acetate and sodium ascorbate, new hybrid compounds of 1,2,3-triazole lixnked tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyran and pyranopyrazole were synthesized. This method was also successfully used as a one-pot manner, without separating of intermediates for the synthesis of new hybrid compounds. The structure of all new compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR analyzes.
