Abstarct: Polyphosphazene have characteristics such as stability, high strength, biodegradability and low toxicity and therefore they have been widely used for various application in the last two decades. In this study, Polydi¬chloro¬phosphazene was first prepared and chlorine was replaced with 4-Nitrophenoxy groups. The Nitro groups were then reduced to amine by SnCl2. Subscquently, the MoO2(acac)2 complex was stabilized on polymer substrate and a heterogeneous PAPP-Mo catalyst was prepared. The structure and properties of this catalyst were investigated using CHN, ICP, EDX, FE-SEM, XRD, NMR, FT-IR and TGA. Then it was used for epoxidation of cyclooctane and a wide range of aromatic and aliphatic alkanes using tert-butylhydroperoxide (TBHP) as oxidant. The catalyst recovery was also investigated in three steps.
