QD328 : Synthesis of 1,2,3-Triazoles lixnked-Hydantoin System via Copper Catalyzed Click Reaction

Abstarct: 1,2,3-triazoles have many biological properties and industrial applications; therefore, providig new methods for the synthesis of these compounds is very important. In this study, new derivatives of 1,2,3-triazoles lixnked-hydantoin system were prepared through the two and three-component reaction of hydantoin, propargyl bromide and aromatic azides in the presence of copper(II) sulfate, sodium ascorbate and sodium 4-amino-5-hydroxy-7-sulfonaphthalene-2-sulfonate as the ligand in water. In the second part of this research work, we synthesized new All of the synthesized derivatives of 1,2,4-trisubstituted pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline in one-pot procedure. compounds were characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and FT-IR analysis.
