QD271 : Synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles lixnked to 1,2,4-triazole hetrocyclic system by copper catalyzed click reaction

Abstarct: Treatment of 4-amino-3-mercapto-5-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazol with propargyl bromide, afforded to 5-phenyl-3-prop-ynylsulfanyl [1,2,4]triazol-4-ylamine. then this compound reacted with aromatic azides in the presence of copper(ІІ)acetate and sodium ascorbate in EtOH produced new derivative of 1,2,3-triazole-lixnked 1,2,4-triazol with good-to-high yields. Furthermore 5-phenyl-3-prop-ynylsulfanyl-[1,2,4]triazol-4-ylamine reacted with 4-nitrobenzaldhyde, afforded to imine. Then treatment of imine with aromatic azide in the presence of copper(ІІ)acetate and sodium ascorbate in EtOH produced¬{3-[1-(3-chlorophenyl)-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-ylmethylsulfanyl]-5-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazol-4-yl}(4-nitrobenzylidene)amine with high yield.
